  1. Only 1 elite night credit per calendar day. So 2 nights.
  2. Yes, award nights count
  3. It depends. Some hotels are required to do guest safety checks (despite the DND sign) so if they find an empty room they might check you out automatically. I usually leave a note saying I'll be back later... (I did even have a hotel call me once to ask if we were ok)
