I usually keep a credit balance on my credit card accounts (so that I don't need to remember the statement cutoff dates and miss a payment when I am not watching)

Every few months or so, Chase would clean out the credit balance on a particular card and send me an email asking if I want to accept a payment of that balance via Chase Pay. I can either select an option for it to be send to my bank account directly (takes a few days), or if I ignore that email, Chase will just mail me a check.

AMEX would just mail me a check.
