Hello all, I also have a query about using the CC reward voucher. I booked a return trip via Virgin, and two of the four segments are on Delta operated flights. Are these two Delta segments eligible for upgrade using the voucher?
When I first rang to apply the voucher, I was told they couldn't see any reward seats available on the Delta legs so I asked to have the voucher applied to the two VS flights anyway. I was never told it's not at all possible to apply the voucher to the Delta segments.
I kept looking to see if any seats come up as available to book with points and I found one, called in to see if I could be upgraded on that flight and now being told the voucher would never work for any Delta operated segments.
Not sure which version is accurate.
