I was under the impression that you now had a clear understanding of what "under the seat" means after your numerous posts on this topic last month. But, for the sake of renewed clarity, most airplane seats have seats in front of them. The space underneath these seats is yours to use for your legs and/or personal items that fit COMPLETLEY WITHIN this space.
