How long should it take for a product conversion to be completed? I called on Monday for my wife's Premium Rewards card (to the Customized Cash Card) and was told that they would submit a request but it had to be approved. I figured it would take a day or so, but it's still showing as a PR card. I don't understand why it wouldn't be done immediately as other banks do.

Update -- it's finally showing the conversion, took five days
