One item did not arrive so I was refunded for that item but as of now there was no reversal of the 10% of that amount so I'm wondering when I'm going to see that happen.
Rakuten is an entirely different system that doesn't get clawback from my experience. Rakuten points is triggered from valid shopping trips and as far as Rakuten is concerned, they are entitled to referral rewards from the merchants that they are passing to you. Rakuten doesn't care if you cancel/ return the service/merchandise after the fact.
I have had Amex Offers cash bonus clawed back within a few calendar days of cancellation. It ended up as a cash debit on your card, cancelling out the cash credit. Not sure how % back or points rewards work. If you haven't already gotten clawback, you might be ok.
