You could earn all the needed MQDs on one trip to CPT from ATL, MIA, AUS, LAX or SFO on Virgin Atlantic business class but it would cost more than $8000 for the travel dates you have listed.
An option for you is to take a positioning flight to Vancouver, BC and then take a trip to Auckland, NZ in Business on Korean Airlines
