is the park Hyatt in an ok location? I love taking the metro in Seoul and have no problem with Uber/taxi.

breakfast is ok for a quick bite? I thought PH Seoul breakfast was good, but that was 5 years ago. I hope they don’t f up kimchi stew but will also look for street/restaurant food as more of an experience than the breakfast.

my alternative is the Fairfield inn on the city side with Marriott.
PH Busan used to be a very good value as a Cat 4, but as a Cat 6, it's lacking in certain areas and just coasting off the sea/bridge views.
You're better off staying in Seomyeon or closer to the ferry terminal. Haeundae is a long taxi ride for a 1 night stay. They don't even offer kimchi jiggae on some days.
