Just completed a 3-night stay few days back. Used SUA to a Junior Suite and said suite was given with no further upgrade. I asked for a room away from the tram and was given Room 525 facing the clock tower, barely any views due to the higher windows but was a quite room for the 3 nights that we stayed. One of the window is directly facing the restaurant on the clock tower and you can see people dining inside. Very nicely decorated room and everything still feels brand new, even has heated bathroom floors which PH Vienna doesn't. Staffs are friendly and got our requests done promptly. We used the steam room and sauna but felt the PH Vienna and Parisi Udvar Budapest had better amenities. Breakfast at their MEZ restaurant, to be honest the ordered dishes presented more amazingly than PH Vienna but the taste was ok and not matching the presentation. You do get unlimited orders from the menu and quite a large number of selections to keep you entertained for a few days.

One thing to be aware of, since we are leaving really early in the morning to catch a 6am flight we had the hotel to booked us a taxi. It was an error on our side not asking for fixed price as the 20ish minute ride ended up costing us 1200CZK (~53USD). You may know that Uber rides in Prague are extremely cheap (ex. Andaz to Vysehrad ~6 USD), we checked the Uber prices on the way and it was only ~550CZK same route to the airport. We definitely felt ripped off a bit and did quick research that reserving a private airport transfer is the way to go and tourists do pay a "tourist tax" for these taxis to airport. I felt that this part could have been commuted better from the hotel.
