My thoughts on this….
what’s important to you…the time you arrive? Meal on plane? Seats you get?
Order something for plant or buy something st airport? SEA has decent food options inside secuity. Thr later flight you can safely get lunch.
730 am flight means getting to airport by 6am so early transit there. Getting a shuttle at 530am might not be an option.
