Is the passenger in CW the person in whose name the 241 voucher was issued? If not, you may have a bit an argument on your hands over the value (or otherwise) of the 241. Getting back 75% of the cash element shouldn't prove quite as tricky though there may still be some argument over whether the actual TFCs should be taken into account despite this likely being an RFS booking.
