Well done for spotting this, but while it's rare it's a known aspect of air travel (and not just BA either). So I would let them get on with it, give it say 4 hours, check the App (refreshing it by logging out and in) and/or the Finnair email e-ticket system to check if it has happened. After 4 hours call again and select the "Change Booking" option on IVR, that team is a bit nearer the ticket reissue team. But reissues are done in priority order by departure time so it should not be too long. It's just with the recent weather events I suspect there is a backlog.
