BER: Eurowings and Lufthansa test lounge shuttle

New shuttle service between Lufthansa lounges and gate area A for Lufthansa Group passengers at Berlin Brandenburg Airport

Fast and convenient from the lounge to the gate? To further improve the travel experience, Eurowings and Lufthansa Group are currently offering their guests at Berlin Brandenburg Airport a new service: As part of a test run, the ‘Lounge-Mobil’ is in operation at BER and takes travelers from the Lufthansa lounges (Business / Senator) to the gates in departure area A. The shuttle will run regularly until 21 December 2023 and offers space for several guests. Following the test run, a decision will be made on whether to continue the service, taking customer feedback into account.

• When does it run? Daily between 6:00 and 12:00 and 14:00 and 20:00, every 15 minutes
• Where? Directly in front of the entrance from the gate area to the Lufthansa lounges, in the immediate vicinity of Gate B20
• For whom? All lounge guests with a Lufthansa Group departure (EW, LH, LX, OS and SN)
