Post 55 gives directions from T2, that's to say the operational terminal.
If you follow the signs from T3 to the Tube, down a long pedestrian only passageway under the road systems - these have moving walkways, some may even be operational - then just past the tube station is the route into that T2 terminal building. While still in that passageway level, you will come to the lift bank, so that can be used to Arrivals Level 1, however they are not a good advertisements for elevators. So just before that area, on the left, there are escalators going up and these will take you to the Arrivals Level.
