As a data point from September, the price to the IC from the "official" taxi rank from the domestic terminal was 180k . I thought it was expensive but I was too knackered to argue and I had landed at peak time. I certainly would not pay more than 200k. In my way back to the Airport from Indigo Seminyak using Grab was 130k if I remember correctly. Not sure if there is some sort of pick up charge if leaving from the airport as in my previous times I hired a driver.
