Interesting. So, under "Redeem Miles" I see a table that suggests 39k to upgrade from C/J to F, but when I go to my actual booking and go to Upgrade w/ Miles, it suggests I "bid" starting at 167,000.

Edit: I did call, and they said it's just due to no upgrade availability, and that they reserve them for commercial customers first. Out of curiosity, from experience here, does EY open mile u/g availability closer to departure (i.e. T-3?)?
