The agent was looking at a PE flight to JNB with a return at least 5 days later in CW. Even if they couldn’t see it was a BA Holiday booking, or that there was a 5 day hotel booking they go on face value of the pax will be spending 5 days in JNB. Unless OP’s wife is Tom Hanks that would require a visa.
