Seeing all majors carriers already benefits with marketing partnership for inter-island travel, I'd expect Alaska to be included early 2024.
As Hawaiian and Alaska are still considered competitors, I don't think mileage earning will happen until late 2024.
And I think Hawaiian Airlines (with AS codeshare) will begin US to International from SEA in Summer 2024.
Just my guesses, however.....

From the news release
Conditions to Close
The transaction agreement has been approved by both boards. The acquisition is conditioned on required regulatory approvals, approval by Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. shareholders (which is expected to be sought in the fist quarter of 2024), and other customary closing conditions. It is expected to close in 12-18 months. The combined organisation will be based in Seattle under the leadership of Alaska Airlines CEO Ben Minicucci. A dedicated leadership team will be established to focus on integrating planning.
So some time in 2025
