Who did you contact to resolve this. I’ve had the same “security issue” email which arrived an hour after an email saying we noticed Avios were deducted yesterday.
Well yes Einstein I booked a reward flight including using a companion voucher for 2024 yesterday. I know!
The only other suspicious thing yesterday out of my normal pattern was I flew back to the UK premium economy from Barbados yesterday rather than business my normal because business was full
I went through the loop of getting the code but it said the code is incorrect
I really need access to my account for a number of reasons but when I called Executive Club today that as the account was locked they could not help me
