Obviously, outrageousness is in the eye of the beholder. But, yes, charging $750 cash on an award ticket is outrageous. And AA's new dynamic pricing where a one way award can be 400,000 miles is also outrageous. But, as I may be making clear, I am readily outraged by airline practices/gouging.
