  • If she is offered ETC, is it transferable? Or is it likely that UA will offer cash instead.
  • Do we have to accept an offer there and then? Or can we log back in at a later stage when we have decided.
  • Finally, there were also a number of other issues regarding the lack of support after deplaning that we'd like to escalate - is there a way to do this via the United Cares site/portal? Also, we believe these issues may warrant additional compensation (and would at least like to explore this) - but I am concerned that accepting the initial United Cares offer may imply we forfeit the possibility to do so?
Hope this makes sense. Happy to provide additional detail if needed. Thanks in advance!
ETC is transferable. No chance UA will offer cash as a customer service gesture.
