I would recommend using the services of a competent travel agent. If you need to make changes, you don't want to call a random airline CSR, who most likely will not be familar with the rules and particularities of these fares. Plus you can ask to have the ticket issued on any *A member stock you like and have flights waitlisted if the booking class you need is not available - you don't have that flexibility with the RTW online tool.
