They would have been on IAG's books as a liability at (iirc) 0.6p though, and I expect that's the internal transfer price. They're not valued at what they charge - hence why it's a profit centre.

220k would therefore incur a balance sheet liability of £1320. Pretty small in the scheme of things, but of course if you did this for everyone that didn't fly you for three years then it would be a very different story.
