I believe it was covered briefly in the recent Capital Markets Day during Q&As. Essentially, IAG plan to place them with Vueling and are dangling a carrot of growth (and increase in senior positions) in front of the pilots' union. However, it is conditional on them accepting worse entry conditions! Failure to gain agreement could see IAG expand Level or Air Europa instead, for example!
