ChoiceHotels promises something and then they try everything they can to not honor it. Submitted the claim yesterday. Conditions are IDENTICAL between the offer at Hotels.com and the Choice website. Received today a message: cannot locate the lower rate.
Just checked it: the rate is still live. Hotels.com is almost 20% cheaper. Have screenshots and everything. Feels like a total scam and disregard of Choice Hotels for my business.
