Now that DL has abandoned NRT (for logical reasons), the TYO connection idea is a nonstarter (i.e. they won't get intra-Asia slots at HND and other airlines are now capable of providing nonstop service to the US).
United has a shot and a prayer at serving BKK, SGN, KUL from SFO, but the idea of flying to any of those places from SEA makes zero sense. Furthermore, I'm betting that UA's SFO-MNL will not be around for long (i.e. PR will price it low enough to force UA to cut losses).
You missed a few from the NW glory days. GUM, KUL, CAN, SIN, TPE, KHH and PUS.
NW had a great operation going in NRT in the early 2000s. They also flew to KIX and NGO daily. Was always cool to land at NRT to connect somewhere and spend 2 hours in one of the two World Clubs overlooking 10+ 747s and a few DC-10s.
Now that part of terminal 1 at NRT with the circular terminal has been relegated to serving some very low budget airlines with a cheap priority pass style club where the WC used to be.
