I look at the S24 timetable and VCE has FIVE rotations a day from LHR and zero from LGW and PSA seems to be exclusively LHR too now!

How times have changed.
PSA, INN and SZG were all at LHR for at least 4 years before COVID. INN started in 2016. VCE also had multiple daily summer frequencies from LHR including a nightstop for a similar period,

I don’t think the change is quite as stark as that, just a continuation of a gradual drift.
