First off a reactionary delay of 34 minutes. Subsequently a 41 minute delay down as Airport Authorities (Immigration/Health/etc), I imagine the erant feline.
There was a return to stand due to a lithium battery in hand luggage issue that came to light post end of boarding and this put the crew out of hours (pushing back and returning to stand counts as a sector for FTL purposes) and there is a delay down as late crew boarding (due to their replacements) of 60 mins. Passengers causing a delay has 1:52 allocated to it and then finally a late arrival of pushback tug/crew gets 36 minutes allocated.

So yes, in short, eligible. I’m genuinely baffled about the cat though, how the hell…how?
