It's Teruel, Europe's answer to Victorville ie long-term storage, dismantling and MRO. Hopefully, they're not sending a 787 to get chopped up just yet!
Btw, it'll take you more than 60 mins to drive there as it's much nearer the Mediterranean coast than the Spanish capital.
