If you would be happy with taking a train from ZRH to Innsbruck Hbf (about 4h with one change) why not consider flying to VIE? About 4h 15m by direct Railjet from the airport, hourly daytime frequency, and no faffing around with changing trains.

Generally every two hours, but they can be hellishly full because most go onto Italy via the Brenner pass. Remains to be seen if the imminent phasing in of Railjets will improve things. Then, of course, you still have to take the S-bahn from the airport to Munich Hbf.
