Hi I have a newbie question

1. I gifted a Gold card to my partner on 1 Dec 2023. She is already a Gold with TP expiry 8 Jan 2024, Card Expiry 28 Feb 2024

I believe that the card expiry should be extended to 28 Feb 2025. However this hasn't been reflected yet on her card. Do you know if this is done automatically or do I need to call in to fix something? Fwiw partner had an IT error clicking on the "accept nomination" email - it still hasn't been fixed... but on my end it seems to give a successful nomination date
