Stayed here 3 nights during labour day weekend 2023 during the Arts Beats & Eats event.

Extremely walkable to everything in Royal Oak area if you need to be around there.

8k/night; price was about $353 per night. Hotel seemed quite quiet overall during my stay.

Was globalist and upgraded 2 nights before to corner suite. Overall very happy to get any sort of globalist recognition here. Would return again!

Breakfast was very typical Hyatt Place food.
