You could order yellow taxi from the Uber app, however, note that some drivers might try to scam tourists as they input the amount on the taximeter manually into the Uber system after the ride.
Also note that taxis ordered through third party applications ( Uber, Bitaksi, etc... ) can't pick up passengers at airports so there ask for a taxi at the airport taxi rack that would suit an accessible passenger.

If possible, use public transportation which most of the network is accessible.
