Husband and I had a trip planned this past fall we had to cancel. We were each assigned eCredits for the value of the tickets ($925/each).
Looking to book a trip over Christmas for the two of us that's $978 total ($489/each) for both tickets. When I go to apply my husbands eCredit it only covers his $489 instead of applying all $925 of his eCredit.

I'm traveling with the original eCredit owner, on the same reservation at the time the eCredit is being redeemed. Confused why the residual value is not transferring to my husband's ticket as well?
