The Autoconnect works for me on my two android phones and usually on my andorid tablet. It never works on my two laptops and is a nightmare, as I have in hotel with autoconnection a problem to access the WiFi at all. It need several restarts. Cookies and caches is cleared regularly. In all other hotel where I could not autoconnect all of my gadgets work.

This seems related to the problem highlighted by MichaelA380 , but with some exceptions. In Europe, I nowadays rely on mobile Data
