Hi Everyone!

I've booked a British Airways Operated flight through Qatar Airways, the fare I booked was basic economy. I contacted BA to attempt to upgrade to Premier Economy and they mentioned they couldn't make changes to a Qatar Airways issued e-ticket, however, they said to call Qatar as they can make changes. Upon calling Qatar they wanted £1600 for the upgrade. The price that BA would want is only £180. Is there anything that can be done?
