Have a couple upcoming Club Europe flights (OSL-LHR-OSL), are those flights long enough to get a hot option or is it only cold meals there? No big deal either way, much more than I'd be getting out of AA or DL on a similar length domestic US flight so I'll be happy with whatever I get.
