in the lower 48 CR has one of the lowest amount of paved roads inside the park for a park that isn’t an island. To see cathedral valley you generally need a high clearance vehicle or do tours.

North Cascades have less road miles .WA 20 goes thru NRA land, not national park land due to the hydro dam there. North and south is where the park is.
