The 10% bonus on UR transfers (50K or more UR in one transaction; capped at 25K bonus per annum) appears to have been quietly made permanent. I can no longer find any reference on the Chase website to the former expiration date of 12/31/23.

EDIT: Since there seems to be some confusion, this is a benefit specific to holders of the Chase Aeroplan card. It is distinct from (and stackable with) the short-term bonuses Chase periodically offers to holders of premium (i.e., AF-bearing) UR-earning cards, and which do not require one to hold the Aeroplan card.
