Avianca Lifemiles booking on the wrong date even though I selected the correct one
Not sure what to do in this situation - I will definitely call the Lifemiles help center in the morning once they open up but would love any advice. I just booked 6 Lifemiles tickets on TAP Portugal on the date I wanted, and was excited that everything went through so smoothly. When I checked the PNR, though, the ticket was issued on the incorrect date! I had selected November 26, but the ticket is issued for a November 25 departure for some reason at TAP! When I go back to the Lifemiles site and click the itinerary for that date again, it shows the same page as before, but with the tickets I booked now gone. How do I get Avianca to fix this? I don't want to pay a $150 per person change fee when I selected the correct date, and even if I do, I already *booked* the tickets on the right date, so would I then have to select the November 27 tickets? I wonder if I can just cancel these tickets since it is within 24 hours of booking.
