Has anybody run into issues trying to buy stuff on LG.com after going through the AA Shopping portal....? Ive given up and purchase elsewhere after 3 days of trying to buy a bloody soundbar and getting my Citibank AA and Barclays AA cards denied, and I know with 200% certainty that my cards are fully operative, its only on the lg.com website that they get denied - called Citibank various times and also Barclays and they confirm that the cards are fine. LG only has email customer support and they are simply horrible, they take 4 days to respond with a non answer and their phone reps are 500% useless..... hard to fathom how a company this large can be so incompetent with support/service when all I want is to buy stuff from them......
