On a recent AA flight a seat mate dropped something and somehow, during the search, the call button was pressed. A FA did come to our row and with a humorous tone said, “what is the emergency?” But the message was received…
This was on a premium transcon where they only did one full beverage service in Y plus a water run halfway through the flight, no second beverage service as is the service standard on this route.
Hear me out... could it be that the FA's tone was actually humorous and that was it? No passive-aggressiveness intended?
