it's still a good idea to check-in on line. Once that was done I just walked up to the gate desk and told them I lost my BP and the gate agent has no problems printing new ones.
At the time of your web check-in, were you 24 hours or less away from the time of departure for your
return flights? That would be the only reason I could think of that would prevent web check-in from giving you all of the BPs.
