I would always make reservations when possible. A lot of dinner restaurants seem to open at 6:00-6:30. On the East End near Zemi, you will want to make reservations at Artisan Pizza, Hibernia, and Bens.

I would not count on high chairs--best to call/email in advance.

The "No-see-Ums" were brutal a couple weeks ago--at least for us
