Why the presumption of crew not following procedure? It's a late departure with Express Dinner service - that's the standard. People should write in if they don't think that's an appropriate level of service, but keep the assumptions of what the crew should and should not be doing out of it (IMO).
My bad. I don’t fly this route and didn’t realize the exception and that one tray meal service was the standard for it.
