Maybe someone who doesn't fly AC is reading this thread trying to figure out what you're talking about, and all they see are complaints about nothing, instead of complaints about specific issues, which would actually contribute to their knowledge.

As I said, the difference is multi course meal vs single tray meal, and this difference is often enough for me to change to a different flight or carrier.
AC highlights the Signature dinning experience, but hides the express meal in the fine print. All I am trying to do is to state my personal dislike of the express meal and let the people who are new to AC be aware of the fine prints.
