Anyone else still having trouble getting Giant-MD to add points that didn't post last week?

I got mine added, probably because I purchased 2 that gave points automatically and 2 that didn't, but my dad wasn't able to get his added yet. Luckily I took a picture of the in-store sign, so he sent that in to the customer care email and now waiting for a reply.
