Four Seasons Seoul's general manager, Alejandro Bernabe Navarro, has been appointed as general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. He has been a positive and engaging general manager at Four Seasons Seoul. I wish him all the luck as general manager at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid.
I've noticed the head chef of Boccalino, Marco Erba, has moved to Park Hyatt, Hong Kong, and a new Italian chef has taken over. I didn't get a chance to meet the new chef when I dined at Boccalino. If I'm not misinformed, he had a restaurant in Seoul before joining Four Seasons Seoul. Although the current menu reflects the design of amazing Chef Erba, a Boccalino manager says the new chef will come up with one of his own soon. Surprisingly, a restaurant is greatly affected by who is in charge. I anticipate his creative menu and techniques that could bring unique culinary delight to Boccalino diners, just as Chef Erba had done at Boccalino.
