I tried quite hard to get an allergen menu ahead of our flight in April 2023 (multiple calls/ emails), but Singapore Airlines was not willing/ able to provide.
On the flight out of LHR, the allergens were written on the packaging (sticker on the foil) of the hot meal. This was not the case on the return flight out of SIN.
