Decent room, relatively clean, and what one would expect from your run of the mill HP.

Some relatively minor issues during my one-night stay. Noticed some little gnats (nothing major but I just hate insects of any kind) from time to time on the desk and the bathroom sink. My flight changed to a slightly later departure and booked a paid shuttle via the hotel link for $5 Euros, since it fell out of the free shuttle hours. Pickup was late, and after waiting about 15 minutes, I just flagged a taxi dropping someone off at the hotel.

On the bright side, as with the above, breakfast was decent and pretty good, all around. The FD service during check in was excellent and claiming my glass of Prosecco was painless enough. There is a restaurant on the premise which appeared decent, though I didn't have the chance to try it. There's also this section where I think a guest can microwave food or something?

Anyway, worth it for 3,500 points to trigger the 3,000 + 1,000 (CC) bonus. Unless it's a promo, I'd probably not recommend this hotel, given my experience. The old HR's much better, now called the Atrium. I'd probably pay just to stay there next time, and just make sure they can get me a shuttle or taxi to show up during the agreed upon time.
